The Accounting Clerk position is an entry level accounting position reporting to the Finance Manager. Ideal candidates will be organized, analytical, show attention to detail, an excellent communicator, able to understand and apply complex processes, as well as have intermediate to advanced Excel skills. The successful candidate must be able to perform in all accounting areas without being limited to one accounting function solely.
The Accounting Clerks primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of customer invoices for distribution; being able to liaise with internal and external clients. Other responsibilities include completing journal entries for month end, contract registrations, investigating adhoc billing inquiries, and other related duties that may be required or assigned.
