Responsibilities:
Builds the long-term strategic roadmap for all security systems (cyber and physical) architecture.
Aligns security strategy and planning with the companys business goals and objectives.
Partners with other architects to provide a scalable and adaptable security architectural solution.
Partners with Enterprise Security staff to develop and maintain security standards and guidelines to ensure that a consistent cyber and physical security framework is applied across the company.
Promotes the use of a shared security infrastructure and roadmap to reduce costs and improve security effectiveness and efficiency.
Participates in a review board to evaluate project proposals for security architectural fit.
circulates security roadmaps to align security priorities with business partner needs.

Skills:
Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated effective project management and organization skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish and implement appropriate cyber and physical security standards in both information technology and operational technology to meet business requirements and compliance requirements where applicable in an electrical utility related to NERC CIP.
Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex cyber and physical security infrastructure solutions.
Demonstrated experience with business processes, security metrics, benchmarking, and financial analysis for the purpose of contributing to security budgets.
