Description

The right candidate will have post secondary education in a technology related discipline along with 2-5 years of experience supporting MS Office, document management systems and other related applications in a Windows environment.

Skill Set Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience

A+ and Network+ Certified preferred

ITIL certified preferred

Knowledge of Office, Windows XP, Mac OS

Flexible and adaptable

Able to Prioritize

Must be able to work well with people

Able provide positive customer service



This position is for front line or 1st level support and the candidate will report to the IT Support Manager.
