Established Saskatoon Commercial Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Janitor and Maintenance Assistant for Grosvenor Park Centre. Candidate will be responsible for general building janitorial and grounds upkeep, as well as providing assistance to our Maintenance Personnel as required. Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Empty waste containers
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Paint
- Water and tend to plants
- Work with minimal supervision
