will establish credibility with internal
stakeholders by gaining a thorough understanding
of their needs while implementing and designing
sales processes to increase customer service
levels. You will be tasked with instructing and
providing assistance in interpreting and
implementing new or revised systems, processes and
procedures.
The position of the ICT Customer Care & Support
Representative is crucial for the continued growth
and success of SaskTel. Working with various
departments and stakeholders, you will assist in
streamlining sales processes to position SaskTel
as a leader in the ICT industry as we work to
unify communication with the integration of
