As a key member of the technical team, you will:
- Respond to client requests and provide onsite
(~50% of the time) or remote desktop, network and
troubleshooting support in a timely, accurate
manner.
- A large part of your role will be working with
customers to assist with issues such as networks,
smart phones (hooking to email system/syncing),
laptops and PCs, file servers, network printers,
setting up computers at schools, and ensuring file
backups are working.
- Work in co-operation with the technical team in
balancing customer priorities and requests
received, monitor systems for core client groups
and provide routine maintenance checks.

Education :
- Computer/IT Diploma (2 year) or related
training.
- CCNA and other certification is an asset.
