Education
Successful completion of a Grade 12 or GED diploma or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience.

Main Duties
Reporting to the Surveillance Manager and under the supervision of the Surveillance Supervisor, this position focuses on risk mitigation, monitoring Casino operations and cash transactions to ensure the protection of Casino and guest property, assets, and information. Responsibilities include: Observing and recording daily operations in all areas of the Casino and property. Keeping complete written and visual records. Maintaining knowledge of all Casino policies and procedures, to enable detection of irregularities. Ensuring that communication flows smoothly between Surveillance and other departments. Handling other tasks as required, to protect the integrity of the Casino's operations and assets.
