Reporting to the Manager, Business Solutions, this position provides reception and administrative support to the Business Solutions department staff and is the first contact with members to enhance Member First experience. Responsibilities include:
Greet visitors, respond to inquiries regarding basic Credit Union products and services; identify additional information needs and direct members to appropriate areas for further assistance;
Answer phone calls and make appropriate referrals. assist in the coordination of appointment schedules for Relationship Managers;
Collect and compile member information;
Manage correspondence and paper flow from fax/printer, ensuring delivery to intended party;
Various clerical duties as required;
Complete posting loan related entries for the department;
Complete PPR and ISC Searches for Account Managers/Relationship Managers;
Coordinate and manage all office supplies for the Swift Current Branch;
Coordinate and place stationary orders as required; keep stationary room in order; maintain orderly pamphlet area;
Assist with Account Manager duties as required
