Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel.
You will proactively provide day-to-day leadership and direction by creating short/long-term business goals, maximizing revenue, managing all departments, exceeding guest experience, implementing creative marketing strategies, and building awareness of hotel in the local community.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with Hotel/Motel General Manager experience.
You will continuously study hotel management on your own, cooperate with the Director and owner to improve the business, properly train staff, and create a friendly work environment to improve staff's performance.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in hospitality, hotel management or business
At least 3 - 4 years hotel management experience
Strong ambition and able to take any responsibility
Excellent leadership skills, business communication and relationship-building skills
Decisive, educated facilitator experienced in resolving problems
Proficient knowledge in computer literacy, sales and marketing
Experience in managing budgets and pricing plans
