POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the training coordinator, you will be responsible for
supervising members of the training department as well as ensuring
effective development and implementation of training courses on
site.
In addition, you will ensure proper delivery and scheduling of the
site wide training curriculum to meet the requirements of Camecos
systematic approach to training (SAT). You will also be expected to
deliver both surface and underground orientation training.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform job and task analysis
Communicate and collaborate effectively with all departments
Manage training requests and determine requirements
Perform training evaluations and assessments
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
A bachelors degree in education or a diploma in training or
adult education, or equivalent
A minimum of seven years of relevant work experience, or
equivalent
Equivalent combination of education and work experience
considered
Strong computer, presentation and communication skills are
essential
Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Assets:
Previous supervisory experience
Experience in SAP software
