We are looking for outgoing and experienced Supervisors
As a Supervisor or Team Leader you would be responsible for but not limited to...
Assist in performing store supervisory duties
Authorize register functions including post voids, returns and discounts
Open and close the store as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers
Process balloon orders
Pack out merchandise
Assist in merchandising procedures
Responsible for maintaining assigned sections in store as determined by the General Manager
Set and maintain plan-o-grams
Flexes and fills seasonal aisles
Ensure proper labeling and signing
Set and maintain ad in-stock
Execute corporate directed price changes and clearance markdowns
Assist in ensuring data integrity
Assist with seasonal pack away
Inform General Manager of any inventory discrepancies
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent, verbal and written communication skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Creative thinking
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Ability to lead, delegate and motivate staff
