We currently are seeking a Technical Analyst for Regina.
Working with a team of highly skilled Technical Analysts, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You will provide clients with phone support, desk side service calls, resolving problems & escalating if required. You will install, configure & provide support for client devices, servers & networks. This includes installing & configuring various hardware, operating systems & other client specific software. You will be responsible maintaining documentation, tracking & follow up of client calls.
This position requires a team player with exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written who possesses the following skills and experience:
Certificate or diploma from a recognize technical institute
1 year of experience in formalized service desk environment
Demonstrated knowledge of application software & hardware including the Microsoft Office Suite of Products, Microsoft Operating Systems & Networking
Demonstrated ability to document, track, & monitor all problems to ensure a timely resolution
Strong analytical, diagnostic & problem solving skills
Proven communication & interpersonal skills
Demonstrated customer service and relationship building
A+, MCITP, MCTS, MCP would be an asset
