As an integral member of a skilled Service Team,
you will be responsible for maintenance/repair of
construction and road building equipment to
support the safety, efficiency and productivity of
employeesworking for this reputable Saskatchewan
organization.
As Heavy Duty Mechanic /Heavy Duty Equipment
Technician, you will:
- Provide quality inspection, testing and general
maintenance of heavy duty equipment used for
construction, hauling and road building purposes.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance
and to ensure the work meets manufacturers
specifications.
- Diagnose, repair or install:
- Electrical systems and components.
- Hydraulic, hydrostatic and pneumatic systems.
- Drive train systems.
- Steering, suspension, brake systems, wheel
assemblies and undercarriage.
- Structural components, accessories and
attachments.
- Perform on-site repairs as necessary to meet
client/project needs. Projects are located in or
near Regina, Saskatchewan home base.
- Maintain an up to date record of work performed,
materials used and time spent.
- Attend safety meetings, maintain an up to date
knowledge of, and model company policies and
safety procedures at all times.
