The Prince-Albert Co-op is currently accepting applications for a Seasonal Administrative Clerk at our Canwood AG Centre.
Primary Job Functions
Provide Legendary Service to all members and customers. Process all billing and filing and ensure their accuracy. Provide sales and service support. Maintain and update member information. Provide information and assist on all inquiries. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work station and office.
Required Skills
-Outstanding interpersonal skills
-Solid experience in billing and filing in an office environment
-Strong technical and analytical skills
-Strong mathematical skills: comfortable with numbers
-Attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
Desired Skills/Experience
File maintenance, administration and/or retail experience would be an asset but training is provided to all new employees.
Reporting:
Reports to the Canwood AG Manager.
