The Lawn Loggers Ltd is a Family owned and operated company leading the industry of Landscape construction, Landscape Maintenance and Commercial Snow removal in and around Saskatoon.
The Lawn Loggers Ltd is currently in search for a landscape manager to look after the daily operations with our landscape division.
We are looking for an individual that has PHYSICAL EXPERIENCE and back ground in the Landscape Construction Industry.
Our place of business is located at 4102 11th street west in Saskatoon where we start daily and finish at the end of the day.
Due to time of season this is not a office position as he/she will be required in both office in the morning and at each individual project on a daily base reporting back to the office and making sure material, equipment and labour are on site and time lines are being met.
Company truck will be provided or compensation for personal vehicle could as be reviewed.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Advertise and Hiring of Landscape Labours and Trades as needed
- Communicating and Understanding employees needs
- Educating new and present staff
- Ability to identify and repair issues within the company
- Budgeting and forecast project time lines
- Creating work shifts
- Communicating with Current and future customers needs and wants and verifying schedule.
