As an Assistant Manager you will be asked to assist the Store Manager to maximize the sales and profitability of the store by achieving and surpassing store and personal sales productivity goals and continuously managing store operations and staff.  To provide the coaching and leadership required to ensure the successful achievement of each sales associate and senior sales associates personal sales productivity standards.

Requirements :
Proven leadership ability
Previous experience in the service industry an asset
You have a proven track record for sales
