Our client, a reputable Commercial Mortgage
Lender, is seeking a professional and results-
driven Business Development Manager to grow their
Saskatchewan portfolio.

within the land development, commercial
construction and business development industries,
this exceptional senior level opportunity may be
right for you!
As Business Development Manager, you will:
Serve as the Saskatchewan representative for a
growing commercial mortgage company currently
operating in Saskatchewan, and with approved
financial institution status in Saskatchewan.
Utilize extensive network connections in the
commercial construction, land development,
commercial lending and real estate industries to
build working relationships, leverage sales and
expand the Saskatchewan client portfolio.
Promote the service values of the firm, including
quick turnaround and special product offerings.
Research, prospect and build working relationships
with industry specialty groups to grow sales,
create repeat business and referral opportunities.
Travel to meetings, assess sites and obtain
required information for mortgage assessment.
Assess real estate market values and coordinate
processing with the Head Office lending team.
Work closely with clients to ensure and maintain
exceptional lending service.
Requirements:
Degree/diploma in business administration and/or
finance is an asset.
10+ years demonstrated sales experience and
success, with proven market connections in
Saskatchewan.
Related brokerage/commercial banking mortgage
placement experience is an asset.
Can be based out of Regina or Saskatoon
