Now Hiring a Site Administrator for our Agrium Vault Project located just outside of Saskatoon, SK

Associated Mining Construction Inc. (AMC) is a rapidly growing organization with many opportunities for career growth and enrichment.  We offer competitive compensation and generous site bonuses.

Responsibilities Include:
- Perform general office administrative duties, including, but not limited to, answering telephones, typing, filing, sending faxes, running errands, etc.
- Administrative support to the Project Management Team.
- Receive, catalogue and distribute all project documents including but not limited to design drawings, shop drawings, equipment manuals, technical specifications, and other submittals, etc;
- Ensure timely distribution of all project documents to impacted organizations;
- Make travel (including shuttle services between site and destination locations) arrangements in accordance to Corporate Policy for all AMC Site Staff;
- Coordinate Site personnel accommodation, including camp accommodations and hotel accommodations at various sites during turnarounds;
- Coordinate with various departments regarding the scheduling of Drug and Alcohol Testing, and Site Orientations;
- Coordinate and schedule Site personnel rotation schedules;
- Ensure proper approvals are received on invoices;

Who You Are:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Post Secondary education in office or business administration would be considered an asset
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required
  
Additional Information:
- This position will work 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
