Description

Shift Development Inc. is looking for a cleaning/maintenance
person to join our team. We need someone who can follow
direction, work independently, and follow tasks through to
completion. This position will be responsible for keeping our
facilities looking fabulous and ensuring everything is in working
order.

Responsibilities:
o    Cleaning offices and building common areas
o    Upkeep of offsite parking lot
o    Clean and disinfect washrooms throughout buildings
o    Maintaining washroom supplies including laundering rags
and towels
o    Watering plants
o    Removing garbageand recycling
o    Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
o    Window cleaning
o    Snow removal & sidewalk sweeping
o    Routine repairs and maintenance

Qualifications:
o    Past cleaning and/or building maintenance experience is
preferred
o    Self-motivated
o    Job task planning and organizing skills
o    Valid drivers license preferred
o    Clear Criminal Security Check

Details:
o    Position is permanent, 30 hours/week to start with an
expectation of growing to 40 hours/week in the next 6-12 months
o    Flexible hours with the requirement that a portion of the day
must be outside the regular office hours of 9-5
o    Occasional late night availability to clean up after events
o    $15/hour plus benefits
o    Position commences ASAP
