The Production Supervisor is responsible to:

- Schedule the work and obtain a high level of performance from unionized employees
- Maintain daily and hourly knowledge of manufacturing progress, thereby contributing to optimum manufacturing efficiency

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and leadership skills and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.  
Preference will be given to those with experience in Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems and
Lean Manufacturing Systems.  MIG welding knowledge/experience is a strong asset.
