Do you want a job where every day is different? We are looking for qualified people to fill full-time, part-time, and casual YCW positions at its Pilot Butte campus and Regina locations.
This job is no ordinary job; you wont be sitting at a desk 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your work day may start in the morning, afternoon, evening, and continue overnight. YCWs work directly with our residents, who are typically youth and young adults. Your shift may include arts and crafts, playing sports, deescalating crises, supervising chores, or being a shoulder to cry on. Your job will be ever changing as the needs of the youth will largely determine your role.
