Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent, the Training Coordinator coordinates the Division's surface training programs to maintain and improve maintenance, production and safety, for hourly, staff and supervisory employees. The Training Coordinator is responsible for the identification and analysis of training needs and must develop and implement instructional programs.
Must have superior written, oral, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills, computer experience and a broad knowledge of all aspects of potash mining. The successful candidate should have industrial and supervisory experience and, an understanding of instruction techniques would be an asset.
The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check. All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
