Accountable for the management of grain fixed and mobile assets projects and programs for Country Operations, other divisions, and associated companies. This includes project/program development, evaluation, planning, project management and technical support.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, supplemented with a certification in drafting, engineering and/or design technology. Five (5) years progressively responsible experience in agri-business facility maintenance and/or construction, including bulk material handling systems, three (3) years of which have been in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Demonstrated experience in developing and reading facility and equipment design drawings and detailed construction methods. A solid understanding of practices, standards and blueprint development. Experience in effectively managing design built and one of contracts with external service providers. The role also requires formal training in peopleand project management, administration and supervision. The incumbent in this position must be available for ongoing travel including a commitment to managing projects and programs at remote locations while away from the office or home location. Expected travel includes an estimated 5 10 nights away from the Regina office, per month.
