One of our clients is looking for a Class 1A City/Highway Driver to operate in the Saskatchewan Area.The position is temporary full time with a serious possibility of converting into a permanent role.
Job Requirements
Valid 1A drivers license is required
Valid WHMIS certificate
Must have safety knowledge of application laws and regulations for chemical and fertilizers
Safety Sensitive Position
Criminal Background check is required to be completed and cleared
Job Description
Maintains valid TDG certificate
Complete required training for handling NH3
Deliver product to customer in a timely and efficient manner
Record all product delivered to customers
Complete all required paperwork and submit to location
Performs job within the EH&S guidelines
Advise Operations Manager of any problems/mistakes with deliveries
Treats customers land and property with highest degree of respect
Performs daily vehicle inspections
Cleans and maintains equipment
Requires being able to ready a rural map
Other duties as assigned
