Job duties:
    -Customer service oriented
    -Work with minimal supervision
    -Operate cleaning machines
    -Clean ducts, windows and outlets
    -Remove excess construction materials
    -High level of detail required in
vacuuming and
sanding
construction housing units

Requirements:
-Education: Not required
-Experience:  Experience an asset
-Weight Handling:  Up to 55 kg (120 lbs)
-Steel toed boots are required

Our company provides construction site cleaning
and
sub-floor
prep services to homebuilding companies during the
construction
process. The successful applicant must be
available
Monday-Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 hourly, 35-40  Hours per
week
Benefits:  $40.00/month allowance provided to help
cover cell
phone and laundry expenses. A dust mask is
provided.
