The Food and Beverage (F&B) Outlets Manager primary responsibility is to provide strategic direction and ensure successful business operations and business growth in the food and beverage outlets including the Garden Grille, Steps Lounge, and Starbucks We Proudly Serve. This position reports to the General Manager and is a member of the Hotel Management Team.
Job Accountabilities / Responsibilities: (Abbreviated)
Strategic planning and execution to ensure successful business operations of the food and beverage outlets as measured by financial performance and guest satisfaction
Meeting and/or exceeding budgeted revenues and profitability in the outlets
Establish and implement standards of service and operation that supports the meeting of Hilton brand standards and Quality Assurance targeted ranking
Achieve a high level of associate satisfaction in accordance with company values and targets
Contribute to strategic direction and growth of the overall hotel operation
Business development including planning and execution of promotions specific to the outlets
Education, Experience and Skills: (Abbreviated)
3-5 years demonstrated Food and Beverage experience, preferably in hospitality environment
Demonstrated experience in managing food and beverage operations; developing and managing budgets, labour costs, menu costing
Experience in developing and implementing promotional programs and marketing an asset
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of various programs, Delphi and MaitreD an asset
Demonstrated practice in the following Competencies
