We are currently seeking a dynamic, polished Assistant Administrator in Paradise Hill. This is a full time position with benefits. A starting salary of $48 000 - $68 000/year depending on experience and education
Qualifications and Abilities
Grade 12 plus a business/accounting certificate/diploma from a recognized College
Exceptional computer skills and experience using Munisoft a definite asset
Ability to multi-task and must be highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem solve and handle stress
Possess very good judgement
Ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to work as part of a team and individually
Must have strong administrative skills
Must be willing to learn and contribute to the betterment of the organization
A university degree in commerce or a financial management designation CMA/CGA considered an asset
Knowledge of contracts, project planning and management
Knowledge of budget and purchasing procedures
Knowledge of OHS and Labour Standards Act and Regulations
Exercise other powers and perform other duties and functions as required by Council in the absence of the Administrator
