As the agencys leader you report to a board of community volunteers and lead a team of professionals who provide comprehensive and confidential counseling and support services to those experiencing personal, family, or work-related conflict. Being the face and voice of the organization, you are an influential leader with the ability to position and market the organization while managing the entire operation that is comprised of Program Development, Public Relations, Administration/Finances, Personnel, and Governance.
You possess a Masters degree in Social Work, Social Science or related fields of study and will have established experience in an Executive Director Role or similar leadership/management experience in social work, counseling and/or human services. You are a respected team leader who values collaboration while consistently demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity.  Your outgoing, and approachable personality ables you to build and manage relationships. You will have strong organizational skills, be able to see the big picture and to be creative.  Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and superior presentation skills is required.
