SeedMaster seeding systems are sold through dealer networks in Western Canada, Northern U.S.A., Australia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Mongolia.

SeedMaster is looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator in our Engineering Department. You are responsible to work in a team environment.

A successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities to carry out the described responsibilities listed below:
*Develop and maintain schedules for maintenance of manufacturing equipment
*Coordinate and/or perform scheduled maintenance:
*Coordinate tasks that need to be performed by contractors
*Assist in equipment selection:
*Help decide what equipment and what kinds/makes of equipment needs to be purchased
*Develop assessment process for equipment:
*Decide when equipment/tools etc. need to be replaced
*Equipment parts inventory:
*Develop and maintain inventory levels of parts for all manufacturing equipment
*Purchase parts needed to maintain parts inventory
*Purchase parts needed for inhouse maintenance projects
*Trucks/Trailers/Tractor:
*Coordinate maintenance schedule for trucks etc.
*Forklifts - Propane and Electric, Outdoor:
*Coordinate maintenance schedule
*Coordinate and/or Perform maintenance of buildings (Doors/lights/floors/walls etc.):
*Purchase parts needed for tasks performed inhouse
*Coordinate tasks that need to be performed by contractors
*Coordinate and/or perform maintenance to yard (gravel/snow etc.)
*Schedule/Coordinate Maintenance worker's time:
*Outline tasks required on a daily/hourly basis

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be a definite asset. Wages vary depending on qualifications and experience.
