We are currently seeking a dynamic, polished administrative assistant in the Lloydminster area. If you exude positive energy, are thoughtful, cheerful and people oriented, this is your opportunity to shine! This position will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm from May - October, then October April 10am-4pm. Starting wage of $18.00/hour.
Qualifications and Duties:
Exceptional attention to detail;

Data entry, document completion;
MS word & Excel;
General office duties;
Filing/Photocopying;
Ordering office supplies;
Solid organizational skills;
Excellent telephone, interaction and communication skills;
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Simply accounting is considered an asset
