Adecco Employment Services is currently looking to
fill a full time permanent Service Manager job in
Saskatoon, SK. Our client is one of the worlds
leaders in specialized agriculture equipment and
is looking to hire someone with an agriculture and
mechanical background. You will be responsible for
organizing workflow planning to best service
clients while providing leadership to team
members.Our client is looking for the right person
to manage and maintain a good working relationship
with their clients and staff. This position comes

Responsibilities for the Service Manager / Lead
Technician job will include;
- Manage and lead team members to best serve
clients
- Organize work flow planning
- Demonstrate equipment to clients
- Sales of products to clients including; bidding,
estimating etc.
- Share knowledge of products and be able to
maintain equipment
- Travel throughout the territory (approximately
20% of the time)
- Process paperwork through SAP database
- Troubleshoot equipment failures over the phone

Qualifications include;
- At least five + years servicing agriculture
equipment such as combines is a definite must
- Possess strong mechanical knowledge specifically
with agricultural equipment
- Ability to lead, manage and coordinate a small
group of junior technicians
- Ability to take on increased sales
responsibility such as estimating, sales bids etc
- One to three years in a supervisor / management
position would be ideal
- Able to troubleshoot equipment over the phone
when needed
- Valid drivers license

This role will ideally suit an experience
technician who has prior experience servicing
agricultural equipment and who wants to move more
into a service manager position with some sales
responsibilities.
