The Sales Manager is committed to achieving RONAs service standards and maximizing sales and gross margin while providing customers with the best shopping experience possible. The successful candidate will develop and maintain effective sales teams and oversee specific sales department areas.
The ideal candidate for this role will posses:
-Leadership capabilities. Proven ability and commitment to managing the performance of others; able to motivate, train, and coach others to a higher level of success and accountability
-High sense of urgency and drive; able to set priorities and deliver results within deadlines and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
-Positive attitude and proven ability to lead the team in a culture of sales and service
-Commitment to exceptional customer service by inspiring and motivating others through their personal example
-High energy level that is demonstrated on the sales floor while monitoring and providing direction and leadership for others
-Ability to work independently, take initiative and maintain flexibility to provide team members support where needed
-Effective time management and problem solving skills
-Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
-Overall knowledge of the business strategic position in the market
-Flexible availability based on store needs (includes evenings and weekends)
