Parkland College is currently seeking a permanent
Senior Admissions Officer at our Yorkton
Campus.
The Senior Admissions Officer is primarily
responsible for ensuring overall operational
integrity and implementation of a system wide One
Client Service Model (OCSM) and Student
Information System (SIS) at a conceptual and
operational level. This position will act as an
expert resource with respect to student
admissions, enrollment, financial support, fee
assessment, and governing student graduation
requirements.
This position will conceptualize and communicate
appropriate strategies, conduct research, collect
data, perform qualitative and quantitative
analysis, prepares reports, design and administers
surveys and compile statistics regarding student
data.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
The minimum educational qualification for this
position is a Bachelors Degree in an appropriate
analytical discipline which includes specialized
courses in statistics and/or research
methodology.This education would provide knowledge
and understanding of integrated complex student
information systems.
Experience:
The minimum amount of practical, related
experience required to perform the duties of this
position is two years in business operations of
student enrollment and or admissions, research
methodologies including qualitative and
quantitative techniques, and experience
maintaining and extracting data from integrated
database systems. Previous experience in a
Registrar Department would be an asset.
