Job Description:
This position reports to the Yard Foreman and in his absence to the Assistant Manager.  The position's focus is on customer service and unloading, storage and loading of materials maintained outside of the store; maintaining outside of the store properly.  The yard person is responsible for the day to day maintenance of the yard, parking lot and the materials stored in those areas.  Must be willing to strive for exceptional customer service.

Education:  Must have taken and passed forklift course (will be offered upon employment).  

Individual must have:
- Valid driver's license
- Able to read and write English and understand instruction manuals
- Good verbal communiation skills and organizational skills
- Ability to learn about new products and maintain knowledge of inventory
- Ability to solve problems and seek ways to be more efficient and effective in performing duties
