Description

ArticCan is looking for an experienced Facilities
Engineer to work in our client's office. This is a
contract position for a period of 9 months with an
option to extend for five one year terms until
December 31, 2019.
Job duties will include:
- Engineering design of new compression facilities
and design of station retrofits;
- Engineering project management;
- Prepare and review detailed designs for the
transmission, compression and storage systems;
- Provide system and project design optimization;
- Participate in the development and updating of
standards, procedures, processes and
specifications;
- Identify recommendations and prepare business
cases to optimize the compression and storage
system.

Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Petroleum
Engineering;
- Eligible for registration with APEGS;
- Working knowledge of ASME B31.3 & CSA Z662 codes
for the design of process piping systems;
- Previous experience with AutoCAD design
software;
- Experience working with Microsoft Project
Server, Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
