Description

Health Shared Services Saskatchewan (3sHealth) requires a permanent, full time Kaizen Specialist in its Kaizen Operations Department.  

The Kaizen Specialist plans, leads and reports on internal and multi-organizational Lean activities, and is a visible leader in building a health system culture where teams are engaged in customer-focused continuous improvement, visual daily management and elimination of waste.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of five years experience in a leadership role (with at least two of those years in health care), in a multi-stakeholder environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor degree/diploma in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
-  Certification as a Lean Leader through the Saskatchewan Health Care Management System, or willingness to be certified, is required
-  Past engagement/leadership in Lean initiatives is an important asset.
- Travel within the province of Saskatchewan is required.
