A job description, what can we say that it does not already say, we are currently looking for a Truck & Transport Mechanic.
Our hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a great opportunity to build a career as a Truck & Transport Mechanic. We work on a variety of equipment, new and old. You never know what will come to you to be fixed, jobs range from engine diagnostics to regular maintenance and everything in between.
We are partnered with A & K Enns Trucking which is giving us 20 years of experience in the trucking industry.
Our doors have been open for just over a year now and we are growing rapidly.
We are looking for someone with at least their 2rd year Apprenticeship.
You would be joining a great team.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated and will to work as part of our team.
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Working with others
Transportation/Travel Information
- Valid driver's licence
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- 2nd Period Apprentice
Additional Skills
- Complete reports to record problems and work performed
- Customer service skills
- Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
Own Tools/Equipment
- Tools
- Steel-toed safety boots
