Description

Under the supervision of the Senior Facilities Manager, this position will be mainly responsible for assisting the Central Maintenance crew with project management and administration.

        Assist mainly the Central Maintenance Department in project management and administrative tasks;
    Track, prepare and coordinate projects and related financial documents;
    Creation of high-level presentations for different instances of OlySky;
    Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel;
    Make follow-up files under each project or responsibility and timelines related to them;
    Participation in the development and organization of Central Maintenance activities;
    May be asked to assist other departments with projects, coordination of duties, inventories, and administrative tasks;
    Other duties as required.
    College diploma or university degree or equivalent training;
    Four to six years of relevant experience in a similar position;
    Knowledge of basic accounting (asset);
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
    Organized, methodical, discrete and professional in the performance of all functions;
    Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy, initiative and interpersonal skills;
    Demonstrates courtesy and tact;
    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously;
    Excellent communication and organizational skills;
    Coordinate requisitions between Central Maintenance and Central Purchasing;
    High availability as needed.
