Description

Maintain a clean & safe work environment.
Stock & organize fridges, freezers, & storage
areas.
Assist with prepping food, dishwashing,clearing
tables,cooking & general cleaning.
Ensure food quality, presentation & consistency is
maintained at all time in accordance with kitchen
operating standards.
Build and maintain relationships with team
members.
Follow proper ordering, inventory and receiving
procedures.
Demonstrates high personal integrity, business
ethics.
Works closely with and reports to the Restaurant
Chef.
Able to work well in fast-paced environment while
multi-tasking.
Qualifications:
Experience in kitchen cooking environments
Able to work as a team member
Able to learn quickly in a fast working
environment
Flexible, must be willing to work a variety of
hours, based on the business needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as
well as a keen eye for detail are essential.
Performs well under pressure

Dishwashing Skills
 - Scour pots and pans
 - Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
 - Clean and polish silverware
 - Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
