repair tasks) as assigned at our various housing
program sites, to respond to emergency after hour
calls and effectively communicate with tenants on
scheduled shifts from Friday to Monday

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs

- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
