Kramer Ltd. has an immediate opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Battleford. If youre a high energy, self-motivated individual who is willing to work hard in a team-oriented environment and are ready to think HUGE, we want to talk to you!

Whats involved?
    Supervise all service staff at the branch, as well as principal contact at the branch
    Oversee, in cooperation with the Parts Manager, the day to day parts operation at the branch
    Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of Service clerks
    Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
    Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
    Train staff on job duties, safety procedures and company policies
    Requisition supplies and materials
    Set yearly department and individual performance objectives.

Whats required?
    Post-secondary education (technical, college, or university)
    Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and analytical skills
    Effective written and oral communication
    Adequate computer skills
    Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
    Strong team player
