Entry level position for a Technical support operator. Training will be provided. Any related experience is an asset.
Duties will include:
Assisting customers with technical support questions and issues.
Analyzing monitoring data.
Responding to e-mail and voice mail customer requests.
Assisting with office duties.
Additional duties as required.
