To work as a team member in all aspects of our organic farm which consists of organic grains, an organic Black Angus cow calf operation, organic hogs and a greenhouse in which we grow organic tomatoes and cucumbers. The applicant must be able to operate and maintain all types of farm equipment, to work without supervision and be prepared for seasonally long hours. Other than during busy seasons we provide a great deal of flexibility in the work schedule and time off. This job could lead to a farm managers position. We also may be able to offer employment to a partner. Accommodation on the farm will be available.
