The client:
Paragon Rental Placement and Property Management Inc. is full service rental placement and property management company that services residential, apartment and condominium properties.
We are committed to excellence and always improving our knowledge and education and to strive to be on the leading rental placement and property management company.

About the role:
This PART TIME position will report directly to the president and CEO, acting as the personal assistant and while offering a range of administrative support.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering all phone call and email enquiries
Schedule and attend tenant suite showings
Coordinate and track move ins/move outs
Follow up on rent collections
Enter and follow up on work orders
Maintaining rental unit advertisements
Update social media channels (as required)
Accounts Payable
The individual will also be required to commit to being on call to answer Paragon calls and meet tenants to show suites.  Some evening and weekend work may be necessary.

Qualifications:
Experience in/Knowledge of the property management industry
Knowledge of classified ad posting sites and social media sites (ie: Kijiji, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Cheerful and polite disposition
Organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and professional
