About Us:
Canadian Business Resource Group (CBRG) is looking for a Director of Marketing.  CBRG is a management consulting firm offering expertise in all major areas of business including, General Management, Marketing & Communications, Financial Accounting, and Human Resources.  

About the Role:
Working with a group of small-medium sized businesses in a variety of diverse industries (commercial and residential construction and trades, biotechnology, retail, building supplies, janitorial and sanitation supplies distribution, chemical manufacturing, waste water treatment, research and development)  the Director of Marketing will work strategically to ensure the successful implementation of marketing plans for each company.  This position will direct the development of marketing plans for each company, oversee the branding strategies and ensure brand consistency, lead advertising campaigns and increase our social media presence.  In addition this role will assist in the creation of websites for each company by selecting a fitting theme, navigation style and content creation/modifications.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess an MBA with a focus in marketing and a minimum 5 years of experience in the field.  This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze market trends and data, strong attention to detail, a strategic outlook and proactive approach to brand building.  Previous experience marketing at a strategic or senior level and experience with programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator would be an asset.
