Description

Job Duties:
Performs any other duties that may be assigned
from time to time;
Communicates with internal organization
constituents and engage functional support and
input as needed;
Maintains database of investment highlights of
all prospective and rejected investments as well
as key terms and conditions of all prospective and
rejected investments;
Provides expertise and consultation to other
managers, as required;
Manages the investor relations portion of the
company web site;
Organize conferences, road shows, earnings
conference calls, and investor meetings;
Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for
senior management;
Creates presentations, press releases, and other
communication materials for earnings releases,
industry events, and presentations to analysts,
brokers, and investors
Provides translation of documents with different
language;
Manages some functions to different relations
managers.
Job Requirements:
Must have a clear and thorough understanding of
the financial modelling techniques used by
security analysts, along with outstanding
financial and investment analysis skills;
Excellent written communication skills and oral
presentation ability required, as well as the
ability to forge successful relationships with key
internal and external partners.
