Envirotec services commercial, industrial and institutional organizations in: hazardous waste disposal and recycling, emergency spill response, property remediation, industrial cleaning vacuum truck services, used oil materials recovery and recycling, and other specialized services.

Position and Scope
The Chemical Technician is responsible for providing written estimates to customers through gathering the required information and assessing the various waste streams at the customers site. The Chemical Technician is responsible for educating the customer on their waste stream recycling and disposal options. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to establish strong working relationships with customers and have the technical capability to assess the generation of various waste streams and provide answers to customers technical questions.

Key Accountabilities of the position include:
- Develops inputs for the Transfer, Storage and Disposal Facility of waste streams at customers sites
- Completes estimates in the field or in the office
- Works with the customer to understand their business processes and generation of waste streams
- Completes waste profiles of customers waste streams
- Educates customers on the processing and handling of waste streams at customer sites

- Ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to manage high pressure situations
- Excels at planning and scheduling
