Northlands College, a government funded Regional College serving northern Saskatchewan, is seeking a temporary part-time Building Attendant in La Ronge, Saskatchewan from  April 29, 2014 to June 19, 2014.  

The Building Attendant is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety of students and property, and ensuring L.I.V.E./Video Conference technology is operational so that courses are accessible to students/clients.

The successful applicant will have completed high school courses, preferable grade 12, or equivalent, with some related/relevant experience and will possess good verbal and interpersonal communication skills, a proven ability to work with minimal supervision, and knowledge of equipment used in telecommunication and distance operation, (e.g. VCR, computers, television monitors, and satellite modulators). Security guard certification is an asset. The position is approximately 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule. Weekend and evening hours will be required.

Salary as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement
