Access Communications is a 100% Saskatchewan-owned non-profit co-operative that is committed to providing exceptional communications and entertainment services to over 200 communities in Saskatchewan.
The Job:
You will save the day when our loyal subscribers in Meadow Lake and surrounding area need TV, Internet, phone or home security installation, maintenance or have any questions about their equipment. You are quick to educate them on the variety of Access products, and offer solutions for any equipment issues they may have. You are first to respond to any outages, including outages from the subscribers' equipment back to and including the headend. You'll be representing Access in the community so a professional attitude and a friendly smile are essential. Don't worry; smiles come easy when you work for Access.
Required Qualifications:
- Electronics Certificate or equivalent, and at least three years experience.
- Knowledge of technical diagnostic and maintenance equipment, plus hand tools utilized in the cable industry.
- Organized, personable, and great with the public.
- Class 5 Drivers License
- Clear Criminal Record Check
