Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Health Program Manager with clinical supervision provided by Saskatoon Tribal Council Living Well Clinical Supervisor, the Living Well Counselor is responsible for carrying out the duties as outlined herein.

DUTIES
1.Adhere to the Personnel Policy as set out by the Chief and Council
2.Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
3.Must understand, support and participate in the community enhancement initiatives in working towards the vision of Yellow Quill First Nation which improves the quality of life;
4.Develop cooperative, professional and productive working relationships with the community service providers, supervisors, Chief and Council and the STC Living Well Clinical Supervisor.
